Zeta Phi Beta Sorority, Incorporated, has a proud legacy of mentoring and uplifting young women across the country. This commitment began in the late 1960s with the establishment of our first youth auxiliary and has since grown into a robust, intentional program. |
Through service, leadership, and sisterhood, we nurture future leaders who embody excellence and community spirit.

The mission of Zeta Youth Auxiliaries is to support the holistic development of young women—mind, body, and spirit—while empowering them to make a positive impact in their communities.
This is accomplished through our signature 4-Strand Curriculum, which focuses on:

Who we serve
Sponsored locally by the Upsilon Omega Zeta Chapter, our youth auxiliaries provide girls ages 4 to 18 with meaningful opportunities to grow as leaders, serve their communities, and build lifelong bonds.

- Pearlettes (Ages 4–8): Mentored by members of Zeta to develop confidence, compassion, and leadership from an early age.
- Amicettes (Ages 9–13): Encouraged to embrace the ideals of service and scholarship while exploring their leadership potential.
- Archonettes (Ages 14–18): High school-aged young women with a demonstrated commitment to scholarship, sisterhood, and community engagement.
